Open call to join a physical trade mission to Goa Feb 2 - 7, 2025 funded by LIVEMX.

As part of the LIVEMX project, India Music Exchange is looking for:
16 European music business professionals (from sub sectors such as recorded, publishing, live music, artist management, etc.), from Austria, the Czech Republic, Hamburg or Ireland to participate in our music business delegation to India – a hands-on, week-long physical trade mission to Goa from Feb 2 - 7, 2025, with a digital preparation session (market introduction + cultural aspects) beforehand.
The trade mission will consist of info sessions, B2B lunches/dinners, speed meetings and/or matchmakings, networking events/receptions and is connected to the first India International Music Week, taking place from Feb 4 – 6, 2025, with a rich conference program and showcases, organised by India Music Exchange.
The trade mission includes:
Compulsory participation in all program items of the trade mission
Lunches and dinners on at least four B2B networking occasions
Ticket to IIWM
Accommodation in conference hotel from Feb 2 (arrival) - Feb 7 (departure) (5 nights), worth 200€/night (incl. tax) and booked by the organizers
Up to 1000€ reimbursement of flight costs
Participants need to plan to cover further expenses themselves: local travel, additional meals and drinks next to the set lunches/dinners.
What is expected from participants?
Mandatory attendance at all joint events during the trade mission as well as the online preparation session prior to the physical delegation.
Active engagement in the networking sessions and all other curated trade mission activities as specified
Preparation of promotional assets (e.g. EPK, promotional video, portfolio, live music video, etc.) is required - you will have to present yourself in front of an audience.
Music Market Mission India: Overview
The Music Market Mission India is a trade delegation to Goa, February 2–7, 2025, with an online session beforehand for market and cultural insights.
